Overview

The New York Center for Child Development (NYCDD), in partnership with the McSilver Institute for Poverty Policy and Research, with funding from the New York State Office of Mental Health (NYSOMH), is pleased to offer Pathways to Professional Development: Building Foundations in Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health. The Pathways to Professional Development project aims to build workforce competence and professional preparedness in the foundations of Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health practice for individuals working in the perinatal and birth to 5 periods.

Pathways offers a variety of offerings, including training on the ZERO TO THREE’s DC:0-5™ Diagnostic Classification of Mental Health and Developmental Disorders of Infancy and Early Childhood, DC:0-5 Booster Courses, opportunities to apply learned skills with colleagues and expert Pathways trainers, and more.

The project also hosts live webinars on topics related to early childhood and perinatal topics that are recorded and are available for viewing after the event. Explore the host of trainings we have to offer by using the navigational menu on this page.
