The Psychiatric Rehabilitation Resource Library (PRRL) initiative consists of two major components designed to support psychiatric rehabilitation providers across New York State with access to evidence-based curricula, resources, and comprehensive training.

- Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) Training: Structured learning and technical assistance opportunities for New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) psychiatric rehabilitation providers in evidence-based models, including:
