About

Who We Are

Across four distinct but interconnected specialized Centers, we provide training, consultation, tools, and resources to serve behavioral health agencies across New York State.

We help agencies develop strong clinical, business and financial operations to ensure quality services and sustainability in a constantly changing healthcare landscape. The centers cover topics ranging from evidence based practices in clinical service, workforce development, family and youth peer advocacy, to finance, regulations and infrastructure. We work closely with our state partners to implement key policy changes.

We are proficient in providing training and technical assistance to meet the needs of diverse audiences via face-to-face and distance learning formats, including learning communities, intensive training, self-paced modules, webinars, tip sheets and tools.
