Ragini Sharma

Senior Program Coordinator

Ragini Sharma coordinates the development and implementation of the YouthACT Technical Assistance Center (YTAC), a project of the Community Technical Assistance Center of New York (CTAC) that provides training and technical assistance to Youth Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Teams across New York State. In this role, Sharma assists the creation and dissemination of YTAC training, tools, and resources to support ACT teams serving youth and families with significant mental health challenges in a community-based service model.

Ragini holds Bachelors of Arts in Women’s, Gender, & Sexuality Studies and International Affairs, with a minor in Economics. Her work at McSilver enables her to pursue her interest in community-based service models, social determinants of health, anti-racist and anti-oppressive frameworks, intersectionality, and trauma-informed care. She is currently pursuing a Master's in Public Health with a concentration in Community Health Science and Practice at NYU's Global School of Public Health.
