Rachel Farber, MPH
Program CoordinatorRachel Farber works with NYU McSilver’s Managed Care Technical Assistance Center (MCTAC), where she supports behavioral health initiatives across New York State.
She holds a Master of Public Health from Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health, where she collaborated with the Columbia Aging Center on projects addressing health across the lifecourse and advancing health equity, and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
Rachel is deeply committed to improving mental health equity and Medicaid policy across the lifespan. She brings extensive experience in project coordination, event management, and policy research at the state, federal, and international levels. Prior to joining McSilver, she focused on initiatives supporting dementia care policy and improving the quality, accessibility, and person-centeredness of long-term care.
