Genna Goins

Project Coordinator

Genna Goins is a project coordinator at the NYU McSilver Institute. She contributes to numerous centers and projects, including the New York City Perinatal and Early Childhood Mental Health Training and Technical Assistance Center (TTAC), the New York State Pathways to Professional Development  (Pathways) project, and the Child & Adolescent Maltreatment Prevention Center (CHAMP Center). 

Genna holds a Bachelor of Music in Trumpet Performance with a double major in psychology from New York University. During her studies, she worked for a psychology research lab, collecting eye tracking data for a study examining how biases may influence jurors’ decision making and looking patterns when viewing video evidence in a court case. She currently remains an active freelance musician in the New York and Philadelphia areas and is pursuing a master's degree in social work at NYU.
