Felicia Leguillow is a Senior Coordinator with CTAC, the Community Technical Assistance Center. Felicia brings over a decade of leadership experience in health and healthcare management across research hospitals, community clinics, and health tech startups. She has developed and implemented operating procedures, streamlined workflows, and led initiatives that enhance efficiency while preserving patient-centered care, as well as fostering collaboration through workshops and networking events. Felicia strives to balance human-centered empathy with practical systems thinking, recognizing that sustainable improvements in healthcare require both provider-focused solutions and organizational effectiveness. With expertise in operational development and a commitment to continuous improvement, she brings a unique perspective on how community engagement can transform care delivery.
