Learning to Love Groups
Learning to Love Groups is a video series designed specifically for adult-serving group facilitators and provides participants with the knowledge, skills and tools that represent best practices in group facilitation. This training series presents an overview of the benefits of groups, common challenges of group work, the use of theme centered, structured, curriculum-based groups, the R.O.P.E.S framework for facilitating groups, and the role of supervision.
This video series was adapted from a live training that was originally recorded in May 2024, which has been edited and split into multiple parts to be made widely available.
